GOOD MOLECULES SKINCARE REVIEW

I turned 32 in the fall and I am making my skin care routine a priority. I am often told that I look much younger than 32, which I actually used to be offended by but now I take it as a huge compliment. It is really important to me that I age well and to achieve that I am starting to invest in my skin now. I was recently sent a box of products from Good Molecules, and I am excited to share my Good Molecules skincare review.

As I have gotten older, I have realized that I am not interested in drugstore skincare containing ingredients like charcoal and other things like that. I want true, professional-grade ingredients that I know will work and target anti-aging. Good Molecules offers exactly that and does so at such an affordable price. I was sent four products from Good Molecules and I am really happy with all four.

I have combined the four products I received with some of the skincare products I already owned and now have a set skincare routine. In the morning I wash my face and then use the Good Molecules Niacinamide Brightening Toner. I apply the toner with a cotton pad and allow it to dry and absorb into my skin. Once the toner has absorbed, I then apply the Silicone-Free Priming Moisturizer. I have been on the search for a great primer for awhile now and I really like this one. The primer allows my make-up to glide on easily. With the toner and the primer, my skin has a very glowy look even under foundation. My skin usually looks very matte with foundation, so this is a welcomed change.

In the evening, I wash my face and then use a 7% Glycolic Acid Toner from The Ordinary. Glycolic Acid is great for wrinkles and anti-aging, for clear, blemish-free skin, and it also helps to remove any remaining makeup from pores. After the toner is fully absorbed into my skin, I use a 10% Argireline Solution from The Ordinary on my forehead and around my eyes. This product helps with wrinkles and fine lines so I use it in areas that age the quickest. I then apply the Good Molecules Niacinamide Serum on my cheeks, nose, and chin. This serum helps to refine skin tone and skin texture so I use it in areas that I have enlarged pores or acne scarring.

Twice a week I use AHA 30% + BHA 2% Peeling Solution from The Ordinary. I keep the solution on my face for 10 minutes before washing off and afterwards my skin feels incredibly smooth and soft. This solution helps to keep skin clear from blemishes and to smooth and even out the skin’s texture. On the same night that I use the peeling solution, I also use the Good Molecules Caffeine Energizing Hydrogel Patches. These eye patches help to brighten, hydrate, and reduce puffiness around the eyes. I keep the patches on for 15 minutes and use them in the evening. The eye patches can also be used in the morning before applying make-up. I am a “snooze my alarm 4 times” kind of person, so I don’t give myself enough time to wake up and use the patches prior to applying my make-up before work. Using them in the evening works best for me, and one package contains 30 sets of patches.

Overall, I am really pleased with the products from Good Molecules and I am excited to include them in my skincare routine. I love the ingredients they use, the fact they are cruelty-free, and that the prices are so affordable. Some of their products are as low as $6 so this is a brand that most anyone can treat themselves to. If you are interested in stepping up your skincare routine or just want to try a new brand, I hope you found my honest Good Molecules skincare review helpful. Until next time!
